Body Concepts' Personal Training Studio provides an escape from the traditional gym setting where you can concentrate on achieving your individual training goals. Our logo, interpreted "to take good care of oneself", is our training motto. Whether you are a professional athlete or a stay at home mom, we can help you realize your goals.

We specialize in working with clients’ chronic injuries and offer a variety of options to improve your fitness and health including:

• Pilates Training- We have the full line of Balanced Body Pilates equipment   including the Allegro for private, semi-private and group classes.
• Swim Stroke Video Analysis
• Sport specific training
• Age specific training (e.g., seniors require more balance work)
• Gait analysis(to eliminate or prevent ankle, knee, or hip pain)
• Martial Arts Instruction: TaeKwonDo and Hapkido
• Icarian weight machines
• Free-weights
• Cardiovascular equipment (five different types)
• Nutritional consulting with a registered dietitian
• Massage therapy

Bottled water and a fresh towel are provided at each of your training sessions.
To begin your training, a physical therapists will conduct an initial fitness screening. This includes an evaluation of your posture, flexibility, strength, skeletal alignment, body composition, identification of any injury issues and discussion of your goals.

This evaluation will identify areas that need the most attention, improving the effectiveness and safety of your training program. The physical therapist works with your personal trainer to develop a program to achieve your goals.

You will work with Certified Personal Trainers or Physical Therapists at Body Concepts.
